I just recently picked this game up and as you can see by the specs in my sig that I am running it at low settings. Here's my issue, I fire up the game (just got it so I'm at the very beginning) and it runs completely fine while I'm at the beginning inside the ship. Once I leave the ship and go outside, a pink haze envelops the screen with small flashing blocks of clearness (normal display) and remains throughout. Any settings I adjust don't do anything to rectify the situation, any thoughts on how to fix this? As if the low resolution and bad textures didn't make playing a chore, the pink haze stuff makes it unbearable.

Have you tried to look your problem into the game forums?

What drivers are you using for that card? Chances are you need modded ones to get things to work properly.

Using the last ones that Dell updated like three years ago. I'm thinking I should mod the desktop drivers to work for me. That seems to be the fix from other forums... I figured I could run it since I run COD4 decently but I guess my card is crappier than I initially thought.

I would follow this recommendation, but you should also check that your GPU is not overheating and causing the display problems; you can use Hwmonitor.
