Pretty neat looking, turn based, party, single player with co-op option game from Larian Studios, the makers of Divine Divinity and Divinity 2: Ego Draconis. A lot of old school elements (Swen Vinck wants to get his Ultima VII on :D ), and the story is supposedly the prequel to the original Divinity story

Check out this developer walkthrough video: Divinity - Original Sin

I dug the first two games...well, 2 out of 3 because Beyond Divinity was less than stellar. Anyway, hope someone enjoys.

Looks good. Are the original Divine Divinity worth playing now?

Obviously dated graphics, but very Diablo 1&2-esque in game play and feel, but less linear, just not quite as dark. Gameworld is much larger and story is MUCH better in my opinion. Many side-quests ,and some fairly good light-hearted dialogue.

I crank it up still about once a year.

Might be worth checking, even though I'm much more a fan of turn based deep RPGs than Diablo-like simple mostly action frantic-clicking games (I do enjoy them too, though).

Despite some intro cut scenes that were way too long IMO, I liked Divinity 2 at first, but after playing for several hours, I noticed I was spending too much time standing around waiting to heal. There is no wait or sleep function in the game and you heal very slowly outside of combat, so you end up standing around doing nothing quite a lot in that game.

I'm not really a fan of turn based combat in RPGs, or games like Diablo/Torchlight/etc., so I'm not sure what to think about this new project. I would be willing to try a demo I suppose.
