Do I need anything to upgrade my P150HM to a 680m graphics card?

So I have a P150HM, the EM's predecessor, and the current 6990m is fried. I am planning to get a new graphics card, but I'm just making sure that I CAN upgrade to the 680m. When I bought the laptop, I had them upgrade the power supply(I don't know what is is now, but it was higher than needed for the 6990m). Do I need anything else, though? I don't want to get the new card, and it burn out my laptop or something.. The card is going to include a heat sink, so if there's anything else, please let me know!

I also have a cooling fan that works amazingly(the bottom of my laptop pre-fried-card was normally slightly cold, and temps were usually around 40degrees celsius when idle.. maybe 80 when gaming, not really sure though. Thanks guys!
