Do NVidia provide MXM GPUs to laptop manufacturers/rebranders?

In the case of desktop GPUs, companies like XFX provide the graphics cards to companies like Dell to put in their Desktops, not NVidia (as far as I know).
Is this the same with MXM NVidia laptop cards, or do NVidia provide them themselves?

Really, I just wanted to know who to contact about getting some concrete numbers on laptop video card heat dissipation, and hoped there was somewhere other than NVidia I could get the numbers from, as apparently they rarely respond to email or paper-mail.

IIRC, graphics cards are usually manufactured by the companys' ODM supplier.
Nvidia just makes the chips and occasional reference board.

Are you preparing a company to manufacture MXM cards?

Are you looking for figures like TDP? Nvidia publishes those. Each version of MXM - I, II, III - has different heat dissipation levels. III = 35W, II = 25W, and I am unsure about I.

Yes, the TDP is what I'm looking for.
Wouldn't the TDP per card vary somewhat? Two different MXMIII cards would have different TDPs, I'd expect.
Any idea where I can find these TDP values? I can't spot them on www.nvidia.com
