    Do clocks you set on ati tray tools only work if the program is opened??

    becuase whenever i have it on, steam games don't work so can i exit ati tray tools and the clocks/fan speed still apply?

    Clocks may be preserved until next restart if you set ATT not to reset them on exit. (general options/advanced and uncheck "reset clocks on exit")
