Hi all, i have read in places that MXMII cards have there memory limited 800MHz, but i have overclocked my 9600M gt to DDR 2000+ and seen performance increase?

For example on notebookcheck they mention that the memory speed of the gtx 260m is limited to 800Mhz but the MXM III is 900Mhz?

the main limiter to MXM Type II is its 25w TDP.

overclocking does not have much to do with it since you will be limited to you GPU's capabilities, as well as the video memory's capabilities.
