    I'm going to pick up fable for my laptop tomorrow and before i buy does anyone run fable using vista? Just want to make sure it will work thanks!

    Fable:TLC works fine on my 32bit Vista Ultimate.

    I could never -NEVER- get Fable to install on my machine. I'm on 64-bit Vista though, so maybe you'll have better luck.

    Doing some research and googleing it and there are tons of horror stories with fable and vista. Anyone else not having problems running it on vista?

    possibly the game only works with 32 bit versions of vista. i have the game so ill try it on my 32 bit version and see how it runs, i didnt like the pc version cause i wanted to play it with a controller buit it wont let u on pc

    It works in my x64 Vista with no problems at all. I just wish it had better support for the gamepad though

    yea my version has no support for any gamepad, if you can figure out a way to get a gamepad to work with it please let me know

    It works, but runs like crap on my notebook. Not sure why though - the game doesn't seem to be optimized for my hardware and/or Vista

    But I don't care - playing Fable 2 on my Xbox360 = better ;)

    I have vista 64 and its working fine for me as well. Im checking out those gamepad drivers now cause it would be that much better with a controller.
