    I know how easy it is to oc AMD APU's with fusiontweaker and k10stat but i've been wondering if since the cpu and gpu are combined, that increasing cpu performance will also increase graphic performance in games and such.

    No. You would have to OC the GPU to do that, which is currently impossible. However your FPS might increase in CPU limited games.
