After disappointment after disappointment from game developers such as ea, bioware, etc. with their cruddy sequels and passing off of shoddy console ports as 60$ pc games. I began to set my mind on what indie devs can bring to the table and so far not one indie game I have bought has ever let me down...whether it be Super Meat Boy, Magicka, audiosurf, monday night combat, Minecraft and the list starts to go on... but today I was reading a indie blog and came across this game markleung.com (can't post the title since its slightly inappropriate) I grabbed the demo and what could i say... its final fantasy meets the internet.. I loved it at first sight!
So What are some of the best indie titles you guys ever played??
Edit:
heres the trailer for Mark Leung: Revenge of the Biznitch

Super Meat Boy is absolutely awesome.

Its not that hard it just takes a few 100 tries to pass a level
and by few 100 I mean chair flying out of window 100 -
Yeah, I won't even attempt SMB because I know I would break whatever computer I was using at the time.

Monday night combat was a blatant ripoff of Global Agenda, which was underrated and probably could still have a decent player base if it was properly polished at release.
Magicka was fun.
I don't really care for most indie games though because, well, they're usually ugly. It's 2011 we have the ability to make graphically beautiful games, and pay a lot of money to run those on high settings. I'm not really interested in playing 2d games anymore. -
Well if you realize that Most indie teams are composed of 1-10 people with little to no budget... most of the time what they produce are perfect in the nitches they fall in... for example Super meat boy is pure platforming at its basic state and it does it perfectly imo or take music based games such as audiosurf or beat hazard... these let you "play" with the same music your planing on just listening too in your time anyways

audiosurf is awesome too. I thoroughly enjoyed World of Goo too.
I need a gamepad to beat SMB. stupid gamepads.
Done with AAA devs because of the amazing job of indie devs
