I have the Toshiba special edition. It comes with pent. m 1.7, 512mb, nvidia geforce fx 5200 64mb. Is that enough to run Doom 3? or will i have to turn down the settings and make it look ****ty.

Yes, you'll be able to play it but not having the latest vid card and under 128MB of RAM means you won't be able to set it at the absolute highest setting...it'll probably be decent for you though, here are the sys requirements:

The thing about Doom 3 is that even if you have it at the lowest quality graphic settings, it'll still look pretty decent.
