Double Fine are the guys behind Day of the Tentacle and Psychonauts. They started a Kickstarter project to fund an upcoming classic adventure game. I think they just started funding hours ago and they are already almost halfway there. If nothing else, watch the video, it's actually pretty great.

They got twice the amount already, so the rest of the cash + profits from the game equals Psychonauts sequel?

Wow, it says that with more money they might be able to port the game to other media, if they do and they probably will, and it goes on android, that would be very cool.

Just goes to show you, the gaming community isn't a bunch of cheap pirates like the media and publishers suggest. Look at all of the patrons throwing cash at something that might not even succeed.

You have a good idea, good morals, make a good game...people will pay.
