    Driver recommendation for Go 7400 please

    Hey guys, ive been having some issues with HL2 and thought maybe its about time to update my video card driver and see if it helps.

    Ive got a go 7400 with 512 turbocache, im running XP pro 32bit.
    Currently im using Laptop Video 2 Go 84.25, and have been since i got this computer.

    I recently went back to their site and am totally confused with what everyhting means ... INF, WHQL,... and why some of the driver are twice as large as others.

    Any help appreciated. Thanks

    80.40 are very good ones for low end 7 series

    Really!?... that one is older than even the one i am using now. I thought LV2G has drivers in the 16x.xx range now.....
    Noone uses newer drivers for older hardware? .... or is it still pretty much just decided that the older ones are still best?
