I tried to install some driverfs off laptopvideotogo but it seems that they aren't supporting the GO 8400gt card? What would be the best drivers for this notebook?

Well I tried to install 5 sets of drivers and they displayed an error that the driver didn't match my hardware and setup would not continue. Running through the list of cards supported the go 8400gt is not on it.. so..

For Sony laptops you always have to use the modified INF, even for 167.43 which is a Sony driver. On that note 167.43 is the driver that I would recommend for the FZ with a 8400GT (as I have one too). There are newer drivers that may offer better performance in a few areas but 167.43 is the driver I have found to bring up the least issues. For notes on INFs go to the sticky in this forum about updating graphics card drivers.

Just use 169.04. Very stable, good performance driver. Should install easily if you use the modded inf.
