    Drivers for dell e1705 w/ geforce go 7800

    I tried updating my driver for my geforce go 7800 with the nvidia forceware 83.40 for the geforce go 7800 gtx since all nvidia drivers are universal. I recently dloaded half-life 2 : eps 1 and told me that my vid card driver is outdated.

    When I tried to install it, it gave me an error informing that the hardware is not supported by the driver. I deleted the old version 78.3 i think from the dell site and used drivercleaner program before installing it.

    I also read from nvidia that for notebooks, the forceware will only work for the ones listed on the driver page. So I'm guessing the forceware is not universal for notebooks.

    Can someone show me the latest drivers for the geforce go 7800 for the dell e1705.

    Also how are the omega drivers?

    I would recommend going to www.tweaksrus.com and getting the 2.56 v2.40 of the Extreme G Drivers. They are very good! :)
