I'm torn between getting a Sager NP8275 or a NP9380... basically stock except for the 8990m on the first one...the price difference between the two models is basically $140. Is there any reason why I shouldn't go with the dual GPU, even if I am not going to buy the other one just yet? (Maybe xmas, maybe even next august)...it seems like it would give me a bit more futureproofing. Otherwise I was going to upgrade the CPU to a 4800mq in the first one (the 170sm). The 370sm seems like it is worth the extra cost though. Thoughts?

Go for it. Having room for 2 GPU's is realy nice.

Yeah, you never know how much cash you will have in the future. Maybe you can afford second GPU after six months, who knows.

The 9380 runs without enduro (gets lower battery life though) and lets you overclock the display

Sounds like it is definitely worth not having the upgraded CPU
