i played duke nukem in 90's and it was one hell of a game! best shooter of all

time!

i just wanna know whats going to happen to this legendary game since 3D-

realms had shutdown any news ?!?!?!

... i hope it will come one day ... hail to the king babe!

Apart from the publisher and developer taking each other to court over a failed venture, OP shouldn't get hopes too high beyond a few extra youtube videos.

i am glad 3d realms shut down if it has taken them 12 years to put out nothing. they should be lined up and shot. get a good development team in there and they could get it done in 2, maybe 3 years.

 

try google news. they announced it was dead some time ago. sorry op.

This game is in development for far too long to just drop it. Just finish it please.
Why did it take so long, 2 engine changes?

 

That's what you get from lazy developers who would rather play World of Warcraft than develop a long awaited game.

 

Best shooter of all time? Not even close. Great game, and amazing for it's time, but not anywhere near the "greatest shooter of all time". I hate when people claim older games were the "greatest game ever". They were great in their time, and deserve their place in gaming history... but be realistic. Was it revolutionary? Yes. That doesn't make it the greatest. Coal was revolutionary, but that doesn't make it the greatest resource of all time.

As far as DNF... face it, if it came out it would suck. It's the truth. Hype can become the devil on your back when it reaches a certain point. Wolfenstein, anybody?

 

hey! wolfenstien is fun! but i agree with you. i cant stand to play old games even when everyone is pushing me. the graphics are unbearable, the gameplay mechanics are, well, old now, and the action and animation is poor, also cutsceens are lackluster.

Why cant they just finish the game? What is holding them back?

Trust me buddy, I'm calm. I don't think I ever sounded heated... maybe it's because you can't see all of the charismatic eye gestures I'm making when I bloat out my proverbial opinions. My E-Ego can be bigger than one would imagine, making me a D-bag, with even more credited D-baggery for knowing the current status of my D-bagness. defead one of the bosses , i wont spoil it but this game is diffenatly a must

get especially if u are a Wolfenstein franchize fan
