    From what side i can download dirextx 10 for win Vista Ultin 64-bit. I just bought new laptop and im cannot find it. Is it even relesed?

    DX10 should already be there... It's part of Vista as far as I know (since day 1). I never downloaded it at least.

    DX10 is part of Vista. You already have it.

    I wouldn't even use DX10 unless you have a super system. Even then it slows your games down quite a bit, I just use DX9, it gets the job done.

    Easiest way to check is to just type 'DXDIAG' in the Start Search text box on the Start menu.

    Yep... wouldn't recommend it unless you've got a GeForce 8800.

    Surprisingly enough, DX9 vs. DX10 in Crysis shows no difference for me. (On my 8400m GT it did, but on the 8800m it didn't show much, if any)

    There's no specific release date yet. They've just announced it at Gamefest this week. It will probably be the end of this year. We're expecting DirectX 11 cards from Nvidia and ATI in Q1 09.
