I've spent hours upon hours of comparing notebooks.

I like the Dell 1505 because of the screen size, price, and non-integrated graphics.

With a cupon code i can get the following build for an amazing $955.28USD.

    Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T5500 (1.66GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 667MHz FSB)
1GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz, 2 Dimm
    256MB ATI MOBILITY™ RADEON® X1400 HyperMemory™
    80Gb hard drive.

My ideal notebook would be able to play World of Warcraft + The Burning Crusade excellently on a wireless dsl connection. I want to run 40man instances, do AV, and run through cities smoothly.

Who owns a similar build that knows for a fact that it can run good?

Well, I have a 7200, and I can run it maxed out with the Notebook in Sig, and my card is worse than yours.

Your weakest link is the wireless connection. You'll notice "jerkiness" and more lag than a wired connection. Other than that, the specs will handle WoW with ease...in fact it's overkill if all you want to do play is WoW.
