COD BO3... just to see how much "sameness" Act novision carrying over into 2015. Yes, I'm still complaining...same frickin' game since COD4. The milk is too, too strong for my taste and has been for years. BO was my last "DLC" payment.
Aside from that, Star Wars Battlefront is of interest to me.
Otherwise, (mini-rant) PLEASE Valve give us Left4Dead3!!! So that I can play while I'm filled with youthful energy and exuberance (hopefully that's forever  but my point stands).

Admittedly the snow effects in the video initially drew me in. But the summary essentially is "Backstabs for everyone! :D" I can only imagine how deceitful online play will be. The last and only Tom Clancy game I played was GR:AW2 on PS3 and I quite disliked it. 3rd person mechanics look similar but it does looks interesting...so we'll see.

A post above reminded me of Micro$shaft's reluctance to release Halo on PC. Not since Halo 2 right? Guess it needs to be the Xbox One's main savior this gen. Oh well...shame.

Yes....more Star Wars Battlefront please! Fingers crossed that it's well optimized on PC and not ported, so it can look even better. Even though it is EA publishing, I'll say I can trust DICE for the most part as the developer. This and the movie will make Christmas even more exciting!

EA's NFS always OL is such BS !!
That new Hitman quite a surprise from SquareEnix but the continously evolving point though, pointing towards another OL mess...Hope it's not like that.

“This is new ground for HITMAN, coming out digital first enables us to do something new, bold and exciting. We are building a live, expanding and evolving world of assassination where we continuously develop the game, listening closely to the players as we release new locations, missions and hits as soon as they are ready – where $60 and not a dollar more gets you full access to the experience.”

Yeah, Tom Clancy has some good stuff coming out... My hope is that these developers don't make it so we need a Titan X or 980Ti to enjoy these games.

    Star Wars-Battle front

The Division-if it's ever released

Tomb Raider-when it comes to PC

    Mad Max-Eye of the storm

As long as it will have this mod everything's gonna be shiny!

What I'm looking forward to (in alphabetical order):
    Batman Arkham Knight
    Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
    Fallout 4
    Pillars Of Eternity Expansion
    Rise Of The Tomb Raider
South Park: The Fractured But Whole
    XCOM 2

The Division looked promising back when the first trailer was released, but after the whole "keeps on digging" thing I kinda want to stay away from Ubi except for South Park games. Luckily there's a SWAT-like total conversion mod for Insurgency in development, hope it turns out well!

Can we stop this already? By your logic, BF2 and BF4 are the same game with different graphics. Yes, the games are similar, no they are not the same. Don't buy it if you don't want to.
I fixed that for you =D.
If the netcode does well (and I can find games under 150 ping) then I'll be happy to try that out. I always hated that it seemed to be impossible to play online in Red Orchestra 2 for me, due to nobody ever getting hit and always dying instantly from seemingly nobody.
I'm actually quite excited for this bit. The triggers and bumpers are much better and fix the problem with the current X1 controller, and the D-Pad can be swapped to the default X1 pad, which is better than the X360 one for pretty much every game out there. It could replace the x360 as my go-to PC controller. I would be using my PS2 controller, but games don't always like it and I have to use x360ce (which is not foolproof) too often. The X1 pad is much better recognized with the latest drivers they have for it too.

No? I don't see why they would jump-ship for FPS games. Mouse and keyboard will always be much better for that :)

I'm pretty sure I'm the only one anxiously waiting for a Shield Portable 2 announcement... if it ever comes.

Aint that the truth. It's like their normal procedure now. Hype, hype, hype (usually chearleadered by the starved-from-lack-of-games console kiddies), then muzzle reviewers with NDA before word gets out it's another gimp fest.
    Ohh Ubisoft..
The Division looked fantastic.. at least it did on 2 year old builds. But we're not going to see that any of that.

New controller looks great but it has a nice price too, $150 :O

MS are also being a bit naughty with Hololens. The current FoV of the headset is 40 degrees which is nowhere near where it needs to be. It also doesn't look anything like what we see through the camera setup. It will get there eventually though.

It's just caching assets and that was the limit of what it needed to cache. You don't NEED it for a good experience, I'm sure it helps though. A fast PCIe SSD would largely negate the caching need.

LOLNO. I want it for non-FPS games entirely. If it does not involve much in the way of shooting, I might use it.
If it's $150 it better be wireless with recharge-able batteries lasting ~30 hours and come with some kind of back scratching and head massaging feature.
It depends on how the game uses things... some games grab the excess data from RAM. Some grab it from virtual memory. Some grab it directly from the drive it's installed on.

This actually looks like an expansion of the original Hitman and Hitman 2 games, which were masterpieces in my opinion. I loved the idea of replaying levels with weapons unlocked in later ones and being graded (with rewards) on how well you did. I'll never forget the fact that it was possible and RIDICULOUSLY HARD to get Silent Assassin rank on Shogun Showdown in Hitman 2.. and that I never got it XD.
Yup, I was really glad for that. And they all said "WORLD EXCLUSIVE" on their games, which was a nice touch. Their ranking of games before the show however... was... yeah. No. XD

Very excited about Batman (pre-ordered from GMG, but man enjoyed that video!), the new Star Wars looks absolutely fantastic, Hitman is very interesting curious to see where they take it, and happy to see a new reboot of Battlezone!!! Great times ahead!

Hardware wise, excited to see the new Xbox Elite controller... expensive, but looks like a quality part, and I love the swappable stick heights. Still not convinced on VR (Rift etc), and Halolens is up in the air as I have no idea how I'd actually use it gaming but it looks like a cool novelty.

Apart from gaming, and a bit off topic, but in the "halolens" augmented reality type technology discussion, this is blowing my mind as a pilot:
