Did anyone else notice the severe lack of pc games that were announced or shown at E3. No trailers, no booths....
Do you think this reflects the diminishing demand for PC games (relative to console games), or is it because E3 is now smaller than it was in previous years?

I think it has something to do with the economy. People are spending less money, Vendors are making less money, so they arn't going to put more money into games that will sit on the shelves for weeks.
It could also be that PC dosn't really have a main producer like counsils have (playstation games are expected from sony, wii games are demanded from nintendo, xbox games are essential from microsoft).
Theres not really a specific company that fuels PC gaming (yet) -
This year's E3 had lots of major publishers for the PC pull out, so that explains a lot regarding the lack of PC booths.

Well maybe they didn't have booths setup but there are a lot of good PC games coming out.
Just go to IGN and look at the E3 games list. -
E3 is slowly deteriorating...I think PC games are now announced more elsewhere than at E3.

E3 has died a long time ago. Hell one of the thing I had ever wanted to do was live the e3 experience at least once in my life but that faded away in the horizon before I ever had a chance to seriously plan it...

I was hoping beyond hope that Valve might surprise us all by announcing HL Ep3

who cares as long as we have Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3
E3 should be renamed to Big 3 (nintendo, sony, MS) -
