That seems like a whole lot of reaching. Don't let kids have access to an account with purchasing ability if you're worried about that happening. I find it ridiculous that people think that the whole purpose of these micro transactions is to take advantage of clueless kids.

Well, I find it pretty ridiculous that my entire post is being turned into a single straw man argument.

I was about to bring up the whole 1700 GBP Apple incident and the fact that I referred to non-gamers as well, but eh, not worth it. Fine, you win.

That's not what a straw man is. You actually did argue that they were trying to fool kids into spending their parents' money.

Oh, this just keeps getting better, now we're discussing the definition of straw man! OK, ummm, how about 'Cherry Picking', then?

Is that enough for you, or you want to insert an Ad hominem as well?

What about the history of Edward the first, while we're at it? :)

Now, you know what I meant and you know my opinion, there's really no point to that. Disagree with my opionion? Fine, go right ahead, but be civil about it. Don't want to? OK, then enjoy talking to yourself.

So you "tried" them ALL THE WAY THROUGH, and you LIKED them, and you nevertheless didn't BUY them?

    That's not "trying," that's stealing.

Ok, then nongamers should be able to decide whether or not they want to buy something. Now that I've addressed all your arguments, you can calm down.
