Hey all, I've been thinking about all the games I haven't played over the years and I realized I missed some good stuff. Since I don't own any consoles anymore, I decided to take a swing at emulation. The only problem is I have no idea which emulators are good or which systems can be emulated well yet. I am looking for PSP and DS emulators, possibly game cube as well. What would you recommend?

Is talk about emulators not allowed here? I thought only talk of the software, the ROMs was not allowed.

I have not seen any working PSP emulators but I have for the DS. I am anxiously waiting for emulators for the former however.

PSP and GameCube emulators are pretty much useless right now, there are still some teams tryng to make a good PSP emulator but most of the GameCube projects have been abandoned.

But there are plenty of working DS emulators, though that console has only like 3-4 playable games at all, rest is shovelware.
Try out diffrent emulators yourself : Google results.

^^ true about the gamecube and PSP emus.

as for DS emulators go... the best one at the moment is the No$GBA 2.6a

it actually will play almost everything perfectly ... even great for homebrew testing. :)

This shouldn't get closed unless you talk about downloading a game and not buying it. I got a dreamcast emulator about a week ago but unfortunately my computer can't handle it very well, it gets very slow when theres a lot of fighting.

No$GBA 2.6a is a great emulator and I have seen performance of over 100fps or a constant 60fps if you set it to vsync.

Since the OP doesn't own the consoles, discussion of emulating them is not allowed. Thread closed.
