Hey folks,
This isn't actually a gaming question but it is GPU-related, so I thought this would be the best place to post it. =)
I have a Dell Latitude 6430u with the Intel i5-3427U (Ivy Bridge) processor and HD 4000 integrated graphics. Is there any benefit to enabling Hardware Acceleration in any video playback software (Silverlight, VLC, etc.)? Would there be any benefit or should I just leave Hardware Acceleration turned off?
Thanks for any advice!

Yes turn it on if your GPU is idling and you need your CPU to be free to do other things.

Media Player Classic Home Cinema uses the gpu accelleration by default. Bluray playback is flawless.
Enable Hardware Acceleration for video playback with Intel HD Graphics 4000- yes or no?
