It is part of the Nvidia MCP79 family (chipset). Basically it is the chipset that the notebook is based on

ok, I know a decent amount about notebooks but im note sure what GPU this computer includes. LOL I dont see it listed

This chipset competes with Centrino 2 correct?

my guess is that its a integrated card. prolly the Intel GMA X3100 :(

I feel stupid. LOL. because the chipset is Nvidia the GPU will be nvidia? or no?

This is the same chipset that the new Macbooks use, so it should have a Geforce 9300/9400 GPU. If not those, it's going to be something very similar in performance.

    Yes.

No, you will never see Intel IGP on a Nvidia chipset. That's heresy.

Not true... it could be in Nvidia's 7XXX family integrated graphics. Which is weak.

Hmm... Asus wouldn't usually hold back on features to such an extent. I'd say the 9400m/9300m are the most likely candidates.

I can't believe how little information there is on this laptop. Anyhow, after plugging the chipset MCP79MVL name into google, I found many of these

    NVIDIA GeForce® 8200M G (MCP79MVL)

    Predominantly in asus laptops

According to Asus site, the only thing I can find is "Intel Gfx" for the video:

    http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=5&l2=26&l3=723&l4=0&model=2626&modelmenu=2

So at best it's an X4500 but more likely an X3100

Additionally, the Asus site calls the F80Q a 14.1" whereas the ZipZoomFly site indicates it is a 15.4".

The strict "F80" at laptops inc calls out an X3100 Intel Video:

    http://laptopsinc.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=F80L-X1&Category_Code=CC1

So that is more than likely same for the X4F
