First off, I'm not too sure if I'm posting this in the right thread. If not, lemme know where to post this.

So I have a Sager NP9170 with the 7970M. I wanted to know if investing in a 24" or a 27" monitor for gaming is worth it, as compared to the stock 17.3" screen on the Sager. (It's the default stock option - glossy screen.)

Do decent 24" or 27" screens make games appear much "vibrant" & such as compared to this stock screen..?

I'm asking as I had a Dell Studio XPS 1640 before this one & the screen on that seemed much brighter & better than this Sager's screen.
