Extra, Extra: Crysis $20, Portal $10

Crysis and Portal for less than $30 bones? Schweet!

 

Not a bad price for Crysis. It's too bad I'll need an expensive GPU to enjoy it. I found the gameplay in the Demo pretty boring.

 

But. But. I have to leave my house to get it?

COME ON EA! CRYSIS ON STEAM!

I picked up Crysis today.

Looking for a good deal on UT3 and Bioshock...

 

Portal costs US$22 here in Singapore.

That's a pretty big rip off seeing how I managed to get the whole Orange Box for US$18.

 

Excellent deal for Crysis, unfortunately it's not available online .

As for Portal, I wouldn't pay a dime for that game but it came with Episode 2 and TF2.

 

wow 20 bucks is a joke, i payed 60 + tax for the LE. im angry. 10 bucks for portal is the price it should have been on day one.

UT3?

I've had it since release and the only times I load it are to remember why I don't load it more often. I'm not saying UT3 is awful; I'm saying UT3 is just UT2004 with a new coat of paint, about half the content stripped out, art design straight out of Quake II, and a single player campaign that is somehow substantially worse than the previous ones.

I'd pay $15 at most for UT3, MAYBE $20 on a good day if I had a healthy amount of cash, but playing it just makes me think "gee, isn't this the same game I've been playing for the past four years, except worse?"

 

Believe me, it gets old. Real fast. There are only so many years that flashy lights, gambling, drinking, and girls can seem fresh before you decide to stop visiting the Strip entirely.

 

I hate being broke....

My mom visits Las Vegas whenever a cousin turns 21 (pretty much every year.. big family). I'm 8 months away! lol.

 

Don't bring your girlfriend. HA! That's all I'm going to suggest.

I went to Circuit City's WEB site and found a copy of Crysis at one local store here in Los Angeles. By the time I got to the store it was sold.

However I found the add for the deal at Circuit City and took it to Walmart and they price matched it for me. It was the last copy of Crysis at that Walmart.

I have been waiting for a good deal like this to buy Crysis.

It was the so hype when it first came out and was freaking expensive, since everyone reviewed it The Best Game of The Year

 

If you ask someone to hold up a sign saying "Willys", you might get more than you bargained for.
