    In response to your Sig statement about majors:

    While I am actually a Computer Science major, I have to admit that our Business program is pretty intense. You can actually just study very very hard and do well in Engineering, but the kids over in Business might as well be in ROTC, considering the hoops they have to jump through and the serious competition involved.

    Although I can see where at some schools that would be a fair assessment.

    As for FarCry! Yeah the ad supported version was out for awhile. It is a shame it isn't still going, I think it was a great idea.

    Yeah I agree with storm. I'm a nuclear engineer major but our business program is intense too. Some of my friends who are in business are working alot more and harder than me and not doing as well. Its not easy.

    ANYWAYS enough about school

    it's a shame, i would've liked to try out Far Cry now that i actually have a setup capable of taking advantage of it

    Maybe it is still going! I would hope it still is, because I can't think of a good reason they had to end it. They DO get the AD revenue after all.

    What ads might I see if when I play it? Like the hero drinking Pepsi and eating a McDonalds burger, or some Internet crap where it log ons to the net and gives you some offers or what?

    I think it brings up a little message when you load or reload from a save. I've never seen it myself. It isn't like spam mail, more like a quick commercial, from what I understand.

    It said it's not possible to play for free anymore, I guess 'playing' is totally different than downloading.

    Anyways, tell us how it goes, I may download it myself if it works.

    Damn! I won't download it then and waste my time! Better off downloading Crysis demo and finding out if it'll run fine on my notebook.
