    Is it possible to set the shadow option to player shadows only??

    like set it so only the players cast shadows...

    Umm, that is what shadows is. All objects naturally cast shadows in the game. The shadow settings is just to turn on or off player shadows.

    I think the soft shadows option, is that what you're talking about? If it is, then I'd suggest you turn it off. It kills FPS, and all it does is smooth the edges of shadows, like antialiasing.

    Hmm, weird because for me the objects still get shadows, I just turn it off because it increase my fps by like 10.

    the objects shadows are killing my system..not the player shadows

    Objects shadows are a part of the game in F.E.A.R. You can't turn them on or off. If you're having performance problems, I suggest that you look at other settings such as AF or dynamic lighting.

    Yeah, object shadows are just there. Trying turning lighting down. And no fancy stuff! lol

    i can have all things max out except for texture without shadow
