FIFA 09 Shuttering solution

If anyone has this kind of problem this is solution that works for me. lots of players were talking that this problem encounters on laptops because their GPUs. but that's kind of wrong...
somewhere on the web, i saw that fifa 09 utilitize only one core. so after starting the game, press ctrl+alt+del for task manager, go for fifa09.exe in process tab, right click, and set affinity.
you'll see that there's only one core checked, check another one and enjoy sutteringless fifa09 .

maybe this would be helpful for someone.

 

What resolution are you running the game at?
Now, create a notepad file in the fifa 09 main folder and open it. Type RESOLUTION = 1280x800x32 and save it as locale.ini
Now try the game and see if there is any improvement..

 

im playin at 1280x720 with two big black lines

2 black strips aren't visible on screens... why do u ask bout screens? btw with my solition is working like charmed. but in 1280x800 it looks little strechy... dunno why... and camera is little weird...
