    laptop specs:
    core i3 m370
    2 GB
    ati radeon 4800 hd

I'm playing FIFA 09 and FIFA 11 demo. On fifa 09, I was told I can easily play at max setting. But when I do that, the game runs at a low fps, and is very choppy. I put the quality at medium, and it seems fine.

On fifa 11 demo, the gameplay is super slow at times, and it speeds up in short spurts. I tried the to make the setting at "very low" and the game runs normal. But as soon as I put it at "low" setting, the gameplay gets screwed up

I hear it might have to do with me using 64 bit windows as oppose to 32. I hear on 32 bit, the game runs fine.

    winner, gagnon!

With FIFA09 I had a lot of trouble getting the game to play smoothly. If I remember correctly, editing the v-sync settings helped immensely.

Are you joking? Wanna read his post before actually typing some generic tech support response? He has a ATI 4800 series. The 4800 destroys FIFA's requirement.

@insanechinaman, you might need to do some research before posting next time, since he does NOT have ati 4800 series graphics.
@yaganon; who told u the laptop had ati 4800 graphics????
The new thinkad 14 with intel i3 comes ONLY with intel 5 series gfx chipset. That is not even close to the ati 4800.
Thinkpad laptops are not made for gaming.
    Enough said.
