This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Note, it is based on Fallout 1 and 2, with some concepts from Fallout Tactics. It has nothing to do with Fallout 3. Also, be aware that it's in beta stage, so some crashes and bugs are present.

    If you liked the first two Fallouts, like me, this is a dream come true.
