Hello,
I currently own a SONY VAIO. Model # PCG-7133L.
SPECS:
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5750 @2.00 GHz
Memory: 3 GB
Operating System: Windows Vista
System Type: 32-Bit Operating System
Video Card: Intel 965 Chip Set
Problem: When I open Counter Strike 1.6 my FPS is ranging around 20-60 FPS. I Have tried messing with all of my video card settings and searched EVERY website out there trying to find a solution. Ive tried changing the resolution on the game and the computer, I have updated all of the drivers, I even wiped out the drivers and reinstalled them and no use. I know the chip set is sharing with the computer graphics but Counter Strike 1.6 is 10 years old and I believe I should be able to get 100 FPS. If anyone could help me it would be great. If you would like message me on aim or just repost here it would be great. I know there has to be a fix out. I also have all of my rates correct I have been playing this game for a long time and this is the first computer to give me problems fixing.
The computer I play on right now has a NVIDIA FX 6200 old card with 1 GB of ram and slow processor.
Thank you,
Justin Candelaria.

Yea, i've done all of the commands.. The Intel Driver doesn't say Vertical Sync but when i searched on how to turn on vertical sync it tells me to turn on something else and the FPS is still horrible. i've done fps_max 101 .. I've done almost every command known to man for counter strike 1.6...
