    I was just wondering if you guys know of any programs that tell how many FPS you get in a game without taking up to much resources? Thanks! :D

    Mumble also support showing your FPS on certain games once you enable it in the settings.
    I use it for voice chat with my friends when Steam gets all mad and loses connection to the friends list.

    Yep Mumble Has it + You can be talking to friends.

    I think XFire also has a FPS overlay.

    FRAPS does it

    There are a few other ones out there as well.

    Some people say FRAPS, but always use the game's in-built FPS counter (If there isn't any use FRAPS)
