    Hi everyone,

I am using a monitor display for my laptop with an HDMI cable and I noticed that the frame rate is limited to 31fps whatever I do. I was wondering how can I fix that, should I use a better cable ? change some settings ?
My graphic card is an nvidia GT540M. It's not a double display, I am projecting everything on the monitor.

    Thanks

Make sure both your computer and tv support HDMI 1.4a and that you have a cable that supports it.

If not try lowering the resolution and making the refresh rate higher. The cable is limited to so much GBPS.
