FREE, quick, a bit complex, online games for Vista. Anyone knows?

So, I've always liked to win people online. :)
But I have no time to be playing and learning a major online game.

Anyone knows good free games where I can find people to play at any time?
    Graphics aren't important. I like 2D as much as I like 3D.

I'm not looking for something too much time consuming. Maybe a quick action game, even cards like Spades is OK (why have the online card games been removed from Vista???).

    Anyone can help?

www.zone.com has a lot of online card games and other games too. You need to open it with IE though.

Theres Savage, it's a RTS (real time strategy) game but the fighter characters are each controlled by a player. Each team has its own commander, which sees the game with RTS view. The fighter players see the world with a 1st/3rd person view aswell.
The commander builds things, make updates and researches, gives orders to the other players and has to have a good overview of the match. The fighter players just have to follow the orders and battle the enemies.
It even has a Linux version, and it's free. Graphics are 3d; not "great", but nice.
It's based on individual matches, so you play as you want, theres no feature which depends on gaming time, except for your own player skill.
