When i connect to a multiplayer session, (i use squackbox3, to connect to vatsim) i can not see other planes. Any reason behind this? Air Trafic Control even told me, "there is a plane directly infront of you." and i could not see it.

There is communication problem between you and the server. Lag of some sort. It's weird if you are having voice thought that is coming in fine
You may want to check your ping with the server and see if it is good. Also check and make sure that you are not stressing the computer out graphically. This can lead to it lagging while the rest of the world is still continueing

my ping is 21. And i can hear voices prefectly. And that game is not too much for my computer. Max Graphics and all, still get a solid 60 or more FPS.

Maybe you have to open some ports in your firewall?

You can try what Thomas said. Opening ports possibly in your router or firewall to allow fs2004 better acess with the server. Look for any patches, maybe reinstall fs2004. Try at lower graphics just to try and see.

After googling a bit i found that these ports need to be opened/accepted by your firewall/router:

    TCP port 6809
    UDP port 3290
    UDP port 23456
    UDP port 6073

    I sure hope that helps.
