Hadn't seen a dedicated thread for this so I thought I'd share it. Fallout 1 is a bit of a classic (though I have never actually played it) so I believe it is a worthy freebie.

The original Fallout is free on GOG for the next 48 hours. All you have to do is go to GOG and add Fallout to your account (create one if you haven't already). It is saved in your account from here on and you can download it at your own leisure.

I remember the first time I played the demo for Fallout 1.

It was like the full game but mini-scaled to one town.

I had so much fun with that town, at the time I felt like it was the one game where I could do anything... good or evil, be the hero or cause utter chaos...

    Nostalgia :_)
