Ok, as the thread says, I bought the $5 collector's edition pre-order box from Best Buy. How does this actually work? I didn't get a key or anything special on my receipt and all it had inside was a "Nuka-Cola' bottle opener and $5 coupon for the strategy guide. Kind of lost here, do I just bring the box to Best Buy?

In my experience, BestBuy still doesn't quite know how pre-orders work. When the game is released they will expect you to pay the full price of the game without deducting the amount you 'put down' by purchasing the pre-order box. If that happens just explain to them what a pre-order entails and they should deduct the price you paid for the pre-order box from the game.

Oh god... **** it Best Buy.

They do know how to work it, atleast where I live. Just bring your receipt, box is optional i believe and you will pay the amount owed on the game after your pre order has been taken off.

Oh, in that case, that's not so bad. I hope mine is like yours then and not HEVampersand's.
