    Just got my Quad Core 9800 GTX SLI Sager 9262 and I installed Fallout 3.
    The game runs smooth but sometimes the screen flashes.
    Im running the game at the max 1900x resolution with SLI turned off.
    Do I need to download any patches or new drivers???

    Have you tried disabling Vsync?

    No I havent Hmmm will do!
    Also is the latest Nvidia 180.48 9800 GTX driver worth installing???

    and why are you running with SLI off? this game is wonderful with SLI, and yes, the driver is worth installing

    Really okay Ill turn it on then and also install the driver!
    The Fallout 3 graphics are simply breath taking!!!!
