    Try the dx9.dll fix
    Try force in radeon pro.
    Try ccc.
    Try renaming to fallout3.exe
Try many combines of all the above.

But no matter what I'm doing radon pro crossfire bar is only going under never over. Or in either words the bar is not going both ways.

Maybe I not setting up radeon pro right?

Maybe I don't have the right drivers?

    I updating the profiles.

Still nothing I tried my best now turning to experts.

    Thanks in advanced.

Download drivers direct from sager. Fix. But loss it with new cap profiles.
I don't understand why thou? Does the new profile just disable it since it maybe use less?

The only way I can get the bar to use both cards is if I the drivers provided by sager. (AND ONLY USE THE DRIVERS. Even after radeon pro settings I lose them)

If I install caps to help with performance I lose that and Still don't get any performance gains.
