    Hey, been gone 2 weeks on vacation, hope you remember me! Anyways I want to know if Far Cry, being an older game, is a good FPS, and if it has good graphics and gameplay, and if my system in my sig will easily run it. Any screenshots would also be appreciated. Thanks ;)

    I dont have any screenshots on me, but i can tell u that you will probably be able to run it with everything maxed at native resolution (or probably one notch below atleast.
    I can play it on 1280x800 with every setting to high except for AA which is at 2x on my system and it runs fine. :)

    graphics are kinda lame imo. but the gameplay and physics are outstanding. when it first came out the game was revolutionary. i think it was one of the first games to introduce volumatic lighting. :p i would pick it up for sure. if u go to the x1900 screen shots thread i have some pics there.

    I have it already, I'm just waiting for my laptop to arrive in almost 2 weeks. I got it for FIVE DOLLARS at The Source! I'm assuming that's a good deal?
