Far Cry 2 is $10 on steam... I hear it's a good game but that it doesn't run well if at all on Windows 7.. Even looked at the developers forums and they flat out say they do not support Windows 7. I've had my eye on it for a while but wanted to see if people here are able to play it that have Win 7 x64. Thanks!

Played just fine twice on two different systems in Windows 7 64 bit.

i didn't like far cry 2... its too slow and more of a MMROG then a shooter game.. save ur money and buy Modern Warfare 2 or Left for dead 2..

Agreed, the original Far Cry was a lot better. I find Crysis to be more of a true sequel to Far Cry than FC2 (I suppose because they were developed by the same company). I think it's a very ridiculous game but just my opinion, you might think differently.

The game is okay but its extremely boring, if you want top-notch graphics and a EA game get crysis/warhead/wars. Operation flashpoint is another good shooter, heavy of specs though..Should consider BFBC2 for next year.
