Is there any link between Far Cry display and the WHQL certified drivers? Only when I install WHQL drivers, I can play it perfectly. But the moment I go for modded ones including those from laptopvideo2go, the entire screen turns white. This only happens during FarCry. Other games run perfectly wll without any problem.

Can anybody please elaborate the reason behind this?

185.85 has launched yesterday. They are the best at the moment and also WHQL. You can find a notebook version of these drivers on nVidia's website.

Sadly they don't support 7 series cards. What about 179.48? Are they WHQL?

Yes, v179.48, though being beta, is WHQL tested.

I will try those drivers then. But can anyone tell why Far Cry cries on running on non WHQL drivers?

Yes I think v179.48 will be fine.
