I don't know if anyone else has been getting this issue but when I play multiplayer it lags and stutters. In between each lag and stutter it runs perfectly 50~60 fps. Changing the graphics settings doesn't fix it as far as I can tell. I have a Sager NP9170 with Windows 8 (64-bit), Core i7 3610QM, 16Gb ram and a 7970m with the latest 13.1 drivers. I'm running on my campuses network and through open DNS, I'm pretty sure the network isnt the problem though considering my friend has no issues across campus. Any ideas of what could be causing the issue?

You can try adjusting your network configuration settings for optimal performance (there are programs such as TCPoptimizer that do this for you with very little technical knowledge required). Try renewing your IP address too.

I can't agree on this. I liked the Co-op and Multiplayer a lot and played it on night for a few hours and almost couldn't stop. :D
On the shutter issue. My 670M played it on 1600x900 with high details without problems.

This may be a dumb question... but why do games like Battlefield 3 have noticable latency problems? I have been playing recently on my p150em with 680m and it is very apparent. I never had the problem with my previous 7970m or the 580m in my p150hm. Is it due to the game engine itself not playing nice with the GPU?
