The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Is there a way to backup your favorites to place them back into another system, like a file or something, as opposed to doing it manually?

    What is your OS?

    Vista Business and Ultimate allow you to do automatic backups which work out really well....

    Yes, there is a way to do it.

    Simply backup this file at:

    C:\Program Files\Steam\config\serverbrowser.vdf

    Place it into the similar location on the other computer and your saved servers should come up.

    Well, I ended up just manually copying and pasting them into a text file because I ran out of time for the backup.

    I'll try your suggestion next time though, thanks. :)
