The link you posted is blank and as for wiki, it is not a reliable source. The one I found on wiki redirects to Fifa 10 but not RTW.

Not FIFA 10, he means the World Cup version. I think it's still too early to hear anything about it now, but like in every World Cup year, EA will make one.

But at least there should be some info like rosters, releasing date and stuff. Isn't it? I can't find anything. It seems that it gonna be a low budget investment which will just carry the trend but no actual fun.

The link is missing the closing parenthesis. The game is out, but only for consoles.

Edit: Not that a PC version would have been any good. As far as I know, EA's still holding out on next-gen, so it still looks like FIFA06. Going by the new FIFA Online, the team AI is still horrendous: defenders not tucking in, no one making attacking runs (pressing the call for run button actually makes some players go backwards), &c.

Seems to me as far as PC goes, EA is focusing on the online microtransaction cash grab. Tiger, FIFA, Need for Speed i'm sure Madden and NHL are not far behind.
