I followed the directions here to the letter.

I only changed my voltage for 2D to .8 volts.
Now when I boot to my laptop I get a series of beeps and a dead screen. No screen activity at all.
When I try the dead screen restore method with my old bios I get a string of beeps again and nothing happens.
Can anybody please help me?

Error is as so, (This is booting to USB flash drive, no hard drives installed.)
Hit power button.
Three beeps
USB drive light flashes, boots to drive, black screen.
if I type DIR I can see the USB drive's access light flash for a moment or two.
I type blindly nvflash bios.rom and then press the required buttons after a wait (In the dark) to get the bios to flash. I get 2 beeps when I do this.
restart computer, still a black screen.
I love this computer, can it be saved? -
either the flash did not work sucessfully, the 2d voltage was set too low and the card won't boot or the EPROM is now damaged. i'd try to reflash the old bios a few more times. otherwise the gpu seems bricked.

It only had two setting 1.1 volts and .8 volts, I chose the lower one.
I've tried the blind flash thing many times now, it gives me two beeps and I have no idea what the screen is trying to tell me.
It's definitely functioning as a computer minus the video output part. -
the laptop will work just fine without a video card, it's just not very usefull since you can't see anything lol. hopefully somone else has been in your situation and can help you out, otherwise I'd start looking on eBay.
Flashed my 9800GTS bios now laptop won't boot. Please help.
