Has anyone tried flight simulator x with a Q9000? Any benchmarks? I want to know the performance between the Q9000 and an overclocked P8600 @ 2.9GHZ. Waiting for your replies.

I have played FSX on the cheapest AMD X4.... it works way better than my OC'ed E6600 to past 3.0GHz.

Just make sure to get the latest patch to fully utilize the multi-core CPU.

    about 35 fps constant.

specs of the system were pretty budget high-end
    - AMD X4
    - 4GB DDR2
    - 8800 GTS (not the new G92, the old G80 version)

Your GT627 should support quad core. The older ones don't. More info in MSI subforum (quad core support confirmed in the barebones GT627 thread).
