    Yeah, I was running Aero on my notebook, which is an HP dv2000 with the GMA.

    I was very surprised when I first saw it running it, because from everything I had heard, I didn't expect it to.

    intel graphics always gets a bum rap because its no good for gaming, but if you dont game itll do pretty much everything else just fine

    It's been known for quite a while that the GMA950 would run Aero. It wouldn't at first, but Microsoft put a lot of effort into it eventually because the GMA950 is the most popular graphics solution out right now. And it's perfectly fine for most people. But it deserves all the bad rep it gets when it comes to gaming. That's just not what it's designed for.
