-
Where's the Vista x64 drivers!!!
-
BETA Inf
-
i don't think it's gonna make that much difference, anyway...

For some reason after I installed this driver version,
My resolution stayed the same but couldnt handle it fullscreen.
I mean now i have those black stipes left and right or up and down depending on wich res i switch to ...
I have a asus g2s with 8600m gt, I tried to roll back to 163.44
I still have the same issue.
It's pretty annoying, I play war3 for exemple and i still got those stripes whatever rez im going to... like my screen is detected as a not wide screen.
Any help ? -
So no one knows ?
-
Try installing 158.45's they seem to be the most stable 4 me!
-
can someone link me to the correct 163.71 drivers, people on the laptopvideo2go forums are saying the ones provided there are mixed up with 163.69.
-
one quick question....
if i DLed a new video card driver from laptopvideo2go.com, would my nVidia control panel show that the Forceware version is the one i just installed?
because i installed new driver (i forgot the version) but on the control panel, it says the Forceware version is 98.15... -
just dnload them from nvidia.com and then substitute with the modded inf from laptopvideo2go.com
-
NeO go to your Nvidia control panel > Change Flat Panel Scaling > Check "Use Nvidia Scaling"
-
edit - sorry thought the page before was at the end of the thread!
-
just curious, would these drivers work with the Toshiba X205 SLi's? With the dual 8600m's? Not sure how that works out, or can you only use toshiba issued drivers with the sli setup?
-
156.66 is out as well, these work perfectly
-
Thanks alot, I've looked everywhere exept there, i was about to reformat
-
i have been running the 163.74 driver and its pretty bad-ASS! Getting better FPS in all my HL2 Mods. CS:S/HL2DM max settings both run like a dream, I'm getting 140 FPS average, thats +30 FPS compared to the 163.69 driver (i tested with FRAPS & Video Stress Test).
-
not sure, i think sli drivers are a separate part. but, u should look into the latest mobility drivers from laptopvideo2go.com
-
If you have the SLis, no harm trying and report back...
you can always easily revert back to previous driver version from the control panel if it doesn't work...
-
it work'd great! i got my 1720 on sunday and played CounterStrike Source the graphics where frigging horrible i could see through **** like wall hack without needing to download the hacks because of the stock drivers but installed this and it all cleared up
.

I have a quistion, after I instaleld this drivers and the .75 drivers,I found that my nTUne can't monitor my core temp any more? also,Rivatuner is the same, can't monitor my graphix card temp?!!
Any advice? -
+30 FPS from installing this driver and running Half life 2? Thats insane... and i think u must be exaggerating tbh... more like +3FPS. I haven't tried these out yet but did nvidia just uncover some new miracle way to make their cards run MUCH faster i dont think so
-
Seems to work, I installed them and it has all the SLI settings and everything, it's a fresh vista install, so just now getting a game installed, but will let ya know if there's any problems... installed and seem to work the same as the stock drivers though, so this could be good! World in Conflict installing now.
Used .75 version by the way for vista 32 bit
ForceWare 163.74 Now available at laptopvideo2go.com
